TXMAS Contracts

I get a lot of people asking me lately how they can get a TXMAS Contract. The only way that you can get one is by first getting a federal GSA Contract. GSA Contracts are 5 year contracts, renewable for up to 20 years that allows you to do business with the government without having to go through the bidding process. While this is great for federal work, in Texas, there is a flood of business going to the few companies that have a TXMAS contract. TXMAS contracts are similar to GSA contracts, but they allow you to sell to state and local governments in the State of Texas. There are nearly 300 state agencies and over 1,700 co-op members in Texas that can purchase from TXMAS contracts.
